Referrals

San Diego Pain Management accepts new patients on a referral basis. Please obtain a referral from your primary care provider or other referring physician. This policy is in a patient’s best interest, to ensure we are contracted with the insurance company and are authorized to provide our healthcare services. Additionally, it is important for us to have complete records available to review for a consultation, including visit notes, lab, and x-ray results.

Patient Portal

You may sign up and register as a new patient through our patient portal. The portal gives you access to your telehealth appointments, allows you to send messages to your doctor, make payments, request refills, as well as request, cancel, or reschedule appointments.
